House Maximo Airbnb in Rome Italy

ChaMike at an Airbnb in Rome.

We encountered the best Airbnb apartment and host in Rome. For our last city in Italy, we decided to book at an Airbnb once again like our accommodations in Venice (Read: Da Vinci Canal and Garden View Airbnb in Venice) and Florence (Read: Fiesolana Rose Airbnb in Florence). Airbnb is cheaper as compared to hotels and you can look for a specific listing depending on your preference.

House Maximo Airbnb | P 6,030 per night
We wanted an apartment that can fit four persons with two rooms, close to the terminal, has complete amenities and has WiFi but this particular listing had more than what we needed. The apartment was spacious, clean and elegant. The best part was the host, Olga was the best host I have encountered.

Olga the host
Airbnb hosts have different styles of communication, as for Olga, she was there when we arrived and even when we left. She was so hands on, very polite and helpful. She was very prompt in replying, helped us with directions and recommendations, she even offered transfers (with additional fee) to and from the terminal plus she even gave us a yummy large piece of bread as welcome snacks. The best host ever! By the way, Olga was also a former model and actress in Italy.

Going to  House Maximo from Roma Termini
From Roma Termini you can take a taxi for € 20. But we opted to avail of the transfer Olga offered for € 35 for less hassle.

Accommodation
When we arrived, Olga was already waiting for us at her unit. The place is a condo type building and her unit is at the third floor; good thing there is an elevator for our luggages.

This pretty host was also an actress and a model

Dining
The room was posh, interiors are tasteful. The dining area was the first thing we saw, it has four chairs with an LCD cable TV, which we weren't able to use. She also has a printer in case we needed to print something.

On our last day, we availed of the transfers going to the airport for € 48 for a hassle free travel. Olga was so nice for arranging it for us, she is truly the best thus far.

If I were to go back to Rome, I will surely book at House Maximo. It was such a pleasant stay.
