ChaMike's 5th Anniversary Celebration at La Chevrerie Resort and Spa.
ChaMike just turned 5! This has been the longest relationship we've both been in and we really wanted to celebrate this milestone somewhere special. Originally, our plan was to visit El Nido, Palawan. We've always wanted to go there but because of our work schedule, we could not do any out of town/country trips that involve flying. So we thought the best alternative was an overnight stay in Batangas.
While browsing the net, a charming resort caught my attention, La Chevrerie Resort & Spa. It is a 5-star resort located in Anilao Batangas. It's secluded and private, making you feel very special for its service, accommodation and amenities.
It was a Saturday morning when we drove from Manila to Batangas and after three hours we finally arrived.

While waiting for check-in, they welcomed us with a glass of fresh lemonade. Enjoyed it while gazing at the view from the reception. The pool looked inviting and relaxing.

Deluxe Room | P11,088 per night
Like what I've mentioned, the resort was not as big as the other resorts I've been to, making the place more intimate. It has only up to 13 rooms - good thing they were able to squeeze us as they were almost full.

I already made arrangements like I usually do during our special day so I was expecting something special. Hehehe. True enough, when we opened the door of our room, we were greeted by colorful anniversary balloons on their king sized bed. It was so sweet!

Aside from that, the amenities of the 45 sqm room are - Air conditioner, LCD TV with cable, telephone, mini ref, bar area, coffee and tea making facility, indoor safe, bathrobe, slippers and WiFi.

The bathroom, I must say is impressive, it's spacious with nice brand of toiletries. The industrial finish added flair to the room.

Our stay in La Chevrerie was short but sweet. A meaningful anniversary getaway, though this was not the way we planned it, it was just perfect for our 5th. The staff are friendly, the room is spacious (love their bathroom too), numerous activities you can try and the best thing is that you can just drive here from Manila. Thank you, La Chevrerie for your hospitality and love! <3<3<3
