Walk with ChaMike in Singapore for 4 Days.
This trip is a birthday treat to myself, it was my first time to celebrate my birthday in a different country. I've been wanting to do this but there was no opportunity before (yes, work ALWAYS gets in the way) So why Singapore? I chose Singapore for several reasons like the no-visa policy for Philippine passport holders, relatively cheaper fare even in a non-promo flight as compared to others and of course the Singapore attractions that haven't existed yet the last time I was here. So if you've been wanting to go to this sunny cosmopolitan and clean country here's a rundown of our 4-day itinerary.
Day 1 | Check-in at Innotel Hotel, visit Chinatown, Little India, DC Comics Superheroes Cafe & Gardens by the Bay
It was a Friday, our flight was at 5:00 am so we arrived in Singapore at 8:45 am. We went straight to our hotel, Innotel Hotel luckily we were allowed to check in early. After check-in we explored Chinatown & Little India then went back again at the hotel to freshen up. In the afternoon we had an early dinner at DC Comics Superheroes Cafe then watched the light and sound show at Gardens by the Bay.

Spent most of our morning traveling from Singapore to Malaysia because we got completely lost. From noon till afternoon we explored and enjoyed Legoland then hurriedly went back to our hotel so we could freshen up a bit in time for Mike's reservation at 7 pm (it was his birthday surprise for me). We capped the night off by gazing at the beautiful light and sound show of Singapore's waterfront while having dinner and drinks at LeVel33.

Day 4 | Bugis Street, Haji Lane, Selfie Coffee, Arab Quarter
Our last day in Singapore was spent appreciating the streets of Arab Quarter & Haji Lane. We had our breakfast at a known kaya toast cafe in Bugis Junction then walked our way towards the quaint and cute shops and cafes of Haji Lane - Shop Wonderland and Selfie Coffee. We also walked the street of Arab Quarter then had lunch at the enchanting cafe, La Marelle. We went back at our hotel in time for check out then off to Changi Airport via bus.
My Singapore Actual Individual Expense
I was a bit shocked with how much I spent in Singapore. Maybe because Mike and I had been eating out at some of the famous and expensive restaurants in the city and also because we visited two major theme parks. Aside from that, Singapore really is an expensive country, my friends who live there proved it so, they tell me that Singapore has a high standard of living as compared to some Southeast Asian countries like ours. So here is my actual expense for 4 days in Singapore.
