4 Days Itinerary & Estimated Expense in Seoul South Korea
Thursday, May 14, 2015Walk with Cham in Seoul South Korea for 4 days.
As I've mentioned in my previous posts, my first visit to South Korea was for work, so I wasn't able to maximize my time there. Hence, I was really eager to return to this country and spend the holidays with Mike in Seoul. Since I couldn't afford to take a longer leave we booked a flight and hotel good for 4 days. It was in its pre-spring season so the weather was pleasantly cold which we like. So if you're a couple like ChaMike and would like to have couples activities, below is our itinerary you might be interested to try.
Day 0 | Manila- Seoul
We flew via Cebu Pacific and arrived at Incheon Airport at 9:05 pm. Traveled via limousine bus from Incheon to Seoul for almost an hour. Then checked in at a hotel in Myeongdong.

Day 1 | Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon, Insadong & Dog Cafe
I always want to put all historical places on the first day so I could be able to understand the country's history and appreciate it more. It is also advisable to visit areas that are close to each other. So on our first day we went to the ancient royal palace, Gyeongbokgung. Just one station away is Bukchon Hanok Village which we were able to try on hanbok or traditional Korean costumes. Another station away is Insadong, here we visited the Wall of Love at Ssamzeigil. Then we went back to Myeongdong to visit a dog cafe. We stayed at Myeongdong for the rest of the night.

On our second day we decided to go outside of Seoul and visit the famous Nami Island. We also visited another tourist attraction 20 minutes bus travel from the island- Petite France. It was a bit far from the city so it took much of our second day. It was already evening when we got back to Seoul so the only activity left for us was to watch the renowned Korean musical, Cookin Nanta which is also in Myeongdong.

Hi,
ReplyDeletewhat dates did you go to Seoul? we're planning to go last week of March until April 3rd, do you think we can see cherry blossoms that time? :)
I guess you can see Cherry Blossoms in some areas. Try going to Seokchon Lake, the cherry blossom trees bloom early there
