Breakfast at Antonio's is owned by Chef Antonio Escalante of the very famous fine dining restaurant, Antonio's which is also located in Tagaytay where Mike brought me during my recent birthday.

A country style interior made of wood with no air condition only screen windows so that the cold Tagaytay breeze can pass through.
We ordered the following:
Golden Waffle | P180
Really good. Period.
Fresh Corned Beef Roesti | P350
Roesti is a crisp potato pancake, it comes with a house bread and different choices of main ingredient, you can choose from Beef, Chorizo, House Pastrami, Morcilla, Smoked Ham, Fresh Corned Beef, Mushrooms & Bacon. Mike ordered the fresh corned beef. Of course the Roesti is divinely good & crispy especially for a potato lover like Mike, the bread is no doubt delicious. Take note that the corned beef is freshly made so don't expect a taste of a canned corned beef.
Bacon, Mushroom & Cheese Super Omelette | P400
The super omelette is composed of three eggs along with hash brown house bread drizzled with Basil pesto or Sun-dried Tomato. I ordered Bacon, Mushroom and Cheese and I certainly don't regret ordering this one.
We both enjoyed the food, ambiance and service.
The restaurant has a veranda where you can have a beautiful view of the Taal Volcano.
