Our next stop was the capital of Ilocos Norte, Laoag City.

It Shrinks every year

They say that the Shrinking Bell Tower when it was first built was the tallest building in the whole of Paoay, the door can actually fit a man riding a horse but now the door is lower than the normal height of a man. The reason? No one really knows :)
