Press Cafe. A cafe inside a bookstore.

This 'for now' was our last lunch with my sister, Gin <sobs>

After our Parque Espana staycation, Gin treated us for lunch at Press Cafe in Alabang Town Center.

Press Cafe is a cafe/restaurant inside Fully Booked Bookstore that opened its first branch in Rockwell and its second in Alabang Town CenterGin's highschool classmate is the chef in Alabang branch so we decided to pay him a visit.

Since it is located inside a bookstore, the modern interiors speaks of its name. The restaurant is filled with decorative books.

Chef Ryan Barlis is a graduate from CCA with a diploma in Culinary Arts & Technology Management & Enderun Colleges with a degree in International Hospitality Management and is now heading Press Cafe as its chef. I remember him as one of those happy-go-lucky kids way back in high school so I'm very impressed with what he has become now.

All the dishes were carefully put together and very well flavored. Aside from the dishes we ordered they also serve sandwiches, soup, salad, burger and pasta.

Thank you so much Ryan for the warm welcome. This is the best place to relax while reading a book so if you want a laid back & comfort dining Press Cafe is glad to be of service.
