'Wednesday is Ihop night!' I can still remember the line in the movie I Am Sam. Now that it is finally here in Manila, I can officially introduce myself to Ihop, I am Cham! :P

After watching Dakota and Sean Penn enjoying their pancakes I became so intrigued by Ihop and since I looooove breakfast especially pancakes you can just imagine my delight when Ihop decided to open a branch in Fort.

Ihop Fort

Ihop is short for International House of Pancakes, for 54 years they serve world famous pancakes and wide variety of dishes but mostly breakfast entrees.

I had a couple of failed attempts to eat at Ihop on its first few months but the line of people waiting was always OA!

Until Mike and I went there just this month. Of course it was still jam packed, we're 20th on the queue. Thus while waiting, Mike and I checked their menu and started to plan our order. Yes, I had a difficult time to choose which breakfast entrees to order! There's so many dishes I want to try.

So after the long wait, our names were finally called. We were seated at the window area of the second level.

Because we wanted to try their pancakes, french toast, bacon, hash brown and one of their specialty entrees, here's what we ordered...
