September 2 Remember Part 1

It was already Saturday (the day before my birthday) but there were no plans yet on how to spend it. I was more than happy about my Phantom of the Opera ticket gift from Mike so a simple celebration would do. Hence, Mike & I decided to just have a pre-bday dinner at Chefs' Quarters, SM MegaMall.

Chefs' Quarters is one of the six restaurants Chef Mau & Uncle Larry own, their other restaurants are Uncle Cheffy, Old Vine Grille, Kuse Traditional Filipino Cuisine, Beurre Blanc French-Meditteranean Restaurant & Larry & Mau Diner

We ordered the following: 
Soup of the Day- Potato Soup                                     P 105
Baked Three Cheese Lasagna Bolognese                  P 230
Spaghetti Puttanesca with Peppered Chicken            P 195

They also served complimentary bread with butter for starters.

We already tried eating at Old Vine Grille so we know that their food is good. And true enough the pasta dishes we ordered were delicious. :)

September 2 Remember Part 2

The next morning- my Birthday, Mike surprised me with my fave, Kittin's Scarlet Cake from Cookbook Kitchen. Then kuya, mama & ate Angge cooked yummy birthday lunch! A day very well spent with family :)

It was an intimate birthday celebration with the people I love the most. After our lunch, I went to Victory Fort then Mike & I had dinner at Xocolat for September 2 Remember Part 3
