COOKBOOK KITCHEN, my old fave!
Wednesday, August 22, 2012I've known about Cookbook Kitchen 6 years ago, from my former work as a PM in Ideal Minds Corporation - an independent TV production company. My show showcases different restaurants in the Metro. Cookbook Kitchen is one of my fave from all of our featured restaurants.
Cookbook Kitchen is a hole-in-the wall-restaurant which only had one branch located in Mandaluyong City, it's just right beside the owner's house and is very hard to find (I get lost every time I go here). Constantly, me & my officemates visit the place if we want to unwind, it has a warm feel- good ambience that makes you forget about pressure from work.
When I started working in ABS-CBN which is far from Mandaluyong I stopped visiting the place. So when I saw Cookbook Kitchen's other chain in Eastwood, I got so excited & invited Mike to eat here.

My all-time favorite and their house specialty as well is the parmesan crusted white fish for P320 good for 2 persons, but there is also a single served version of this which cost P200. This is so good! :) It's baked, very creamy & tasty! YUM! <3
